A. (i) Internal assessment of 20 marks is allotted to each theory paper and will have two components (a) 10 marks on the basis of project/assignment based on practical activity.(b) 10 marks on the basis of general behaviour in terms of his/her over all performance in the class including regularity,punctuality and attendance. It will be awarded by the teacher concerned.
(ii) All the theory papers will be of 80 marks (for final exam.) each, added with 20 marks internal assessment they will consist of 100 marks each. \However, paper VIII(A) will be of 100marks.
B. Practice of Teaching : As a preparatory experience for the final examination in methodology of teaching the student will do the following lessons during the learning.
(a) Micro Teaching 10 Lessons per subject
(b) Simulated Teaching 05 Lessons per subject
The activities of Micro-Teaching and Stimulation will be carried out during the academic session and will be a continuous process. A record of all these activities will be kept by the student.
(c) After this, each student will deliver 20 Lessons per subject during real practice teaching in schools,out of which two lessons shall be discussion lesson.
